1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "tak 999", "platform", "we" or "service" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated by tak 999. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform or wishing to register.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. Using any part of the platform — whether browsing, creating an account, placing a bet, or playing a game — means you have read and fully accepted this entire document.

These terms and conditions apply to all services of tak 999, including casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, the mobile app, and any promotional offers. If separate terms exist for a specific service, they apply alongside these general terms.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at tak 999, users must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be verifiable.

2.2 One Account Only

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, all accounts will be closed and their balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Verification Process

tak 999 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport at any time for identity verification. Verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

3 Age Verification

All services on tak 999 are for persons aged 21 or above only. If an underage person opens an account and this is confirmed, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, tak 999 may request additional verification documents and may restrict account activity until the matter is resolved. Confirming users are 21+ is our responsibility and we do not make exceptions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at tak 999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). All deposits must be made from an account in your own name — using a third-party account may result in the deposit being rejected or the account being closed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

Large withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. tak 999 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if the transaction appears suspicious.

4.3 Source of Funds

Money deposited on the platform must come from a legitimate source. If evidence is found that funds are from an illegal source, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — that is, ৳25,000 — before a withdrawal can be made. Bonuses are not given as direct cash.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — read them before claiming a bonus.
• A bonus is issued to one account only; the same bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts.
• tak 999 reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

6 Game Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or loss of connection, tak 999 will review the relevant logs and make a decision. tak 999 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect or unusual odds.

6.2 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator). The game provider's own rules (such as those of PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, or Evolution) may also apply. If the connection is lost during a game, the result of that round will be saved in the system and will be visible once reconnected.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the result announced by the organiser is final. If a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, bets will be settled according to tak 999's own policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent means.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by tak 999

If any of these terms are violated, tak 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, the balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawal will be processed before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be declared inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be held and returned to the user if they get back in touch.

9 Personal Data Protection

tak 999 treats the security of users' personal data as a top priority. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology. Data is not sold or transferred to third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing login details with another person.
• Any indirect loss or lost profit.

tak 999's maximum liability in any case will be limited to the amount deposited by the relevant user.

11 Responsible Gaming
